How long does shipping take?+
Orders are processed within 1β2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3β7 business days depending on your location, with tracking provided on every order. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?+
Dumo Media ships worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, and orders over the free-shipping threshold qualify for free standard delivery. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
What is your return & refund policy?+
You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5β10 business days of us receiving the item. See our Refund Policy for the full process.
Do you offer different sizes and fits?+
Yes. Most styles run true to size with a comfortable fit, and every product page lists the available sizes and a measurement chart so you can find your perfect fit.
How do I track my order?+
Use the Track Order page with your order number, or click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 24β48 hours to update after dispatch.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed over a secure, encrypted, PCI-compliant connection.
